1. Is there a cost to join?
   No, you can browse the site without registering. You only need to register if you want to place adverts.

2. Will I be spammed when I join up?
   No, we respect your privacy and will not sell your address to anyone. We have a newsletter and category notification mail that you are free subscribe/unsubscribe from as you wish

6. What is a premium advert?
   Each category allows a number of adverts to be displayed at the top of the listings; these are "premium adverts". There is a small additional charge for these, but your advert will certainly get noticed quicker by potential buyers.

10. How do I contact the sellers of an advert?
    Each advert contains a "contact the seller" button at the bottom. Click this, enter your details, and a mail will be automatically sent to the seller.

11. Why can't I phone you?
    We believe it is more efficient to use online methods (email etc) for contact. Using this also allows us to provide a wider support timescale, which is important in the case of a global advertising solution such as ours.

12. I think you need a new sub-category
    No problem, we are trying to build up an organised list of sub-categories, so if you have a requirement for a particular sub-category, please let us know.

13. I get errors when I try to add photos
    We have set a limit on the size of each photo that can be uploaded. The limit provides an adequate allowance to create a good quality photo, but ensures the adverts load as fast as possible. Simply decrease the image resolution until it matches the allowed size in the upload photo box. If you have any problems uploding or generating the correct size image, please let us kanow and we will help you out.
