Engine
 
The engine adopts the 4102 self-priming four-stage engine within the cloud, which complies with environmental protection emission standards. It has stronger power and higher efficiency, and the electro-hydraulic high-pressure common rail technology truly achieves fuel saving and energy reduction.
 
The engine has three working modes, meeting the usage requirements of different working conditions, and maximizing the overall usage efficiency.
 
Low speed with large torque, having a prominent power advantage, significantly improving power performance and economy.
 
The electro-hydraulic high-precision EGR valve system is mature and reliable.
 
Hydraulic system
 
The key components such as the piston rod are treated with quenching and tempering, medium-frequency quenching, and chrome plating, which significantly enhances the wear resistance of the piston rod, as well as its hardness and fatigue resistance requirements.
 
The key sealing areas of the piston and piston rod are reasonably designed with sealing methods, and the main sealing Y-ring uses imported components from abroad, greatly increasing the service life of the hydraulic cylinder.
 
A large-diameter 20 valve is adopted to meet the flow requirements of various actions of the entire machine under different working conditions, reducing hydraulic system throttling loss, lowering hydraulic oil temperature, and reducing the fuel consumption of the entire machine.
 
The over-hub pipeline of the hydraulic system adopts the S-type over-hub method, with a beautiful and orderly pipeline layout, increased bending radius of the rubber hose, and improved pipeline service life and maintenance performance.
 
A large-diameter oil cylinder is used, significantly enhancing the lifting and digging force of the entire machine. A large-displacement gear pump is adopted to shorten the three-point and time of the entire machine, and improve the operational efficiency of the entire machine.
 
The layout of the multi-way valve adopts ergonomic principles, reducing the operating intensity of the operator.
 
Electrical system
 
Core and important electrical components (controllers, power supply main switch, relays, etc.) are installed inside the cab, with better dust-proof, waterproof, and anti-vibration effects.
 
Centralized fuse box, plug-in type fuse, convenient and quick inspection and maintenance.
 
An engine fault diagnosis indicator light is added to the instrument panel, facilitating real-time monitoring of the engine's working status.
 
The original front horn position is adjusted from the internal of the front frame to the front lamp bracket, resulting in better effect.
 
Working device
 
This working device has undergone three-dimensional motion simulation and calculation. At any position during the movement, it ensures a large transmission angle (≥10 degrees). This can effectively ensure that the device can be freely disassembled and assembled at any position during operation.
 
Cab
 
The cab adopts ergonomics to further optimize the operating environment, making the space larger and the view better. A NVH analysis of the entire machine is conducted to further optimize vibration/noise, resulting in a superior user experience compared to similar products.
 
Optional Tools
 
Optional 3-meter/3.3-meter/3.5-meter lifting height working devices can be selected, along with various tools, and they can be interchanged with other products from FM.
