Energy-saving power transmission system
 
Engine: Yuchai, turbocharged with intercooler, electronically controlled high-pressure common rail, ECU intelligent control engine; equipped with a desert air filter with three-level filtration, capable of adapting to dusty working conditions; this engine not only has high reliability and adaptability, but also has the advantages of low fuel consumption and low emissions, and can be optionally equipped with a low-temperature start-up device. The emissions meet the Chinese Stage IV standards, and it is a high-quality product specially designed and manufactured for the working conditions of construction machinery.
 
Transmission and torque converter: The fixed-axis power shift transmission is connected to the single-stage single-phase three-element hydraulic torque converter, featuring four forward gears and two reverse gears, capable of meeting the speed requirements of different working conditions. This fixed-axis transmission has the advantages of high reliability, long service life, high transmission efficiency, simple structure, convenient manufacturing and maintenance, smooth shifting, and smooth engagement.
 
Hydraulic system
 
By adopting reliable single-pump分流 and load-sensing steering technology, using a high-pressure and large-displacement working pump, the time for three operations and time consumption are shortened. Working device and bucket
 
The working device has been optimally designed, adopting a Z-type reversed six-link structure with a single rocker arm, short pull rod, and horizontal moving arm cylinder. It has superior working performance and efficiency.
 
The bucket type design is reasonable, with low insertion resistance, high full bucket coefficient, and features a high-position discharge leveling indicator and a transport position stop block function, which can reduce the spillage of materials during operation.
 
The crossbeam of the arm is of a rectangular tube structure, which can effectively avoid stress concentration, welding defects, etc., and improve the structural strength.
 
Various pin shafts are made of special materials with special heat treatment processes, featuring high strength, good wear resistance, and long service life.
 
Brake system
 
The vehicle is equipped with both driving and parking brakes. The driving brake adopts an air-driven oil cylinder disc brake for four wheels, which has the advantages of smooth braking, safety and reliability, simple structure, and convenient maintenance. The dust-proof large-flow respirator is applied to the booster pump, facilitating maintenance and upkeep and improving the cleanliness of the internal components of the booster pump and other parts.
 
Repairability and maintainability
 
The engine hood adopts a large side door and an up-folding frame structure design. The side door opening angle is large, and the rear cover can be opened. Maintenance and upkeep of the engine and radiator are easy and convenient.
 
All maintenance points such as oil level checks, oil addition, and grease injection are arranged at easily accessible locations. The inspection and replacement of air filters, electrical equipment, etc., can be carried out conveniently; the warm air heater is placed on the right side of the driver's cabin, making maintenance and upkeep more convenient.
