Power transmission system
 
Engine: Yuchai/Wuxi turbocharged engine, air-cooled in both air and water, electronically controlled high-pressure common rail, ECU intelligent control engine. It has a three-level filtration desert air filter, which can adapt to dusty working conditions. It is also equipped with an exhaust treatment system, which is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and powerful. It meets the Chinese IV emission standards. This engine not only has high reliability and high adaptability, but also has the advantages of low fuel consumption and low emissions. It can be optionally equipped with a low-temperature start-up device and is a high-quality product specially designed and manufactured for the working conditions of construction machinery operations.
 
Transmission: Fixed-axis power shift transmission is connected to a single-stage single-phase three-element hydraulic torque converter. It has four forward gears and two reverse gears, which can meet the speed requirements of different working conditions. This fixed-axis transmission has the advantages of high reliability, long service life, high transmission efficiency, simple structure, convenient manufacturing and maintenance, smooth shifting, and stable engagement.
 
Drive axle: Special reinforced drive axle for construction machinery, with stable quality, reliable performance, and convenient maintenance.
 
Hydraulic system
 
The reliable single-pump分流, load-sensing full hydraulic steering technology is adopted, raising the working system pressure to 20.5 MPa, thereby enhancing the lifting capacity. With high-pressure and small-displacement, the operation time is shortened. The integrated distribution valve is manually operated, ensuring high system efficiency, energy saving and fuel economy. Additionally, the pipeline is optimized for improved installation and connection, while reducing pressure loss in the pipeline and the heat generation of the entire hydraulic system, thereby minimizing faults.
 
Braking system
 
Configure the driving brake and parking brake. Among them, the driving brake adopts an air-driven hydraulic disc brake for all four wheels, featuring smooth braking, safety and reliability, simple structure, and convenient maintenance. Dust-proof large-flow respirators are applied to the booster pump, which is easy to maintain and service, thereby improving the cleanliness inside the components such as the booster pump.
 
Frame
 
The front and rear frames are arranged reasonably, with a simple structure. Key load-bearing parts are strengthened to ensure overall strength.
 
The distance between the upper and lower hinge pins of the hinge joint is increased to disperse and reduce the stress of the hinge pins, thereby extending the service life of the bearings.
 
The front frame has good rigidity, providing a solid installation base for the boom and the cylinder, and can absorb strong torsion, impact force and loading operation force.
 
Powder electrostatic coating and special anti-corrosion technology solve the problem of rusting.
 
The weld toe fatigue life improvement technology is adopted to prevent the vehicle weld seams from cracking under harsh conditions.
 
The heavy-duty stacking chain distribution method reduces transportation pollution and improves component cleanliness to ensure assembly coordination accuracy.
 
Structural components and linkage mechanisms focus on the overall structural strength. Through finite element analysis and heavy-duty loader structural component optimization design and fatigue test verification, stress concentration areas are reduced, local weaknesses are eliminated, and the strength of the structural components is fully guaranteed to ensure repeated twisting damage of the structural components under uneven roads.
 
Working device and bucket
 
The working device is optimally designed, adopting a Z-type reversed six-link structure with a single rocker arm, short pull rod and horizontal boom cylinder. It has superior working performance and efficiency.
 
The boom crossbeam adopts a rectangular tube structure, which can effectively avoid stress concentration and welding defects, and improve the structural strength.
 
Various pin shafts adopt special heat treatment processes of special materials, with high strength, good wear resistance and long service life.
 
All hinge pin shaft lubrication adopts a dust-proof structure, which can effectively prevent dust and protect the lubricating grease from being contaminated, providing reliable protection for the hinge pins and bushings, and the standard configuration includes a centralized lubrication system, reducing maintenance time.
 
The bucket uses high-strength wear-resistant plates, and the bucket teeth use international知名品牌. It is more sturdy and durable.
 
Cab and control system
 
The new type of micro-supplemental pressure cab of XCMG, with a large space, wide field of vision, and good sealing performance; it is connected to the frame with high-performance shock absorbers, greatly reducing the vibration of the cab; the airbag shock absorption combined control seat, operation is comfortable; intelligent temperature-controlled high-power air conditioning, operating temperature is suitable.
 
The interior of the cab is spacious, bright, and fully covered with exquisite interior decoration, with good sealing; the cab and the hood are treated with damping noise reduction processing, the noise in the ears of the operator is small, the operating environment is comfortable and quiet; the large arc double-surface glass provides an open view, the blind area around the machine is small, and it is easy to see the rear of the machine and the edge position of the bucket, making driving safer.
 
Maintainability
 
The entire machine adopts ground height or platform maintenance, emphasizing the maintenance area space range, keeping the maintenance space always in three-point contact, ensuring the safety and convenience of maintenance and daily inspection, making it more convenient.
