Power transmission system
 
Engine: Utilizes an engine with air-cooling, electronic control, high-pressure common rail, and energy-saving type, meeting the requirements of Euro IV emissions. It features low fuel consumption and low emissions. A high-performance air filter is adopted, which can adapt to dusty working conditions. The engine has three working modes: light load, medium load, and heavy load, meeting the needs of different working conditions and maximizing the overall usage efficiency.
 
Transmission and torque converter: Uses a self-developed transmission by XCMG, specifically designed with an energy-saving planetary hydraulic transmission and a large-capacity, energy-saving dual-turbine torque converter. The transmission adopts a dust-proof labyrinth-type breathing structure, effectively preventing external dust from contaminating the transmission. The torque capacity of the planetary gear and the clutch in the second gear is increased by more than 10%, ensuring better adaptability of the entire machine to heavy-load working conditions.
 
Drive axle: Uses a self-developed reinforced drive axle by XCMG. The axle housing is optimized, with an enlarged cross-section of the shell, increasing the load-bearing capacity and bending resistance by 10%. The wheel hub adopts a four-planetary gear structure, which is evenly distributed in load-bearing and can withstand greater loads, better adapting to heavy-load working conditions. The drive axle installation is equipped with positioning pins to share the impact load borne by the bolts, improving the reliability of the bolts.
 
Hydraulic system
 
By adopting the dual-pump combined flow technology, it achieves energy conservation and high efficiency; the full-hydraulic dynamic load-sensing steering is lightweight and flexible; the international standard sealing form effectively solves the problem of leakage.
 
Electrical system
 
The electrical system adopts fully sealed connectors, significantly improving dust and water resistance; an integrated and enclosed fuse box is equipped, making inspection and maintenance more convenient and efficient. A brand-new digital combined instrument is used, which displays real-time information such as engine speed, water temperature, and pressure, and also has a fault alarm function.
 
Cab and Control System
 
The new fully enclosed cab offers a wide field of vision. The high-performance double-slide damping seat, combined with the multi-directional adjustable steering column, can meet the requirements of different drivers. A hinged control box is adopted, with additional mobile phone charging interfaces and storage compartments, reflecting the humanized design concept. The control lever is within easy reach, making the overall operation comfortable and convenient.
 
Braking system
 
The parking brake adopts an air-assisted oil-driven, caliper-disc four-wheel braking system, which not only provides strong braking force but also reduces the burden on each brake piston, thereby enhancing durability.
 
It is equipped with a multifunctional combined valve with an oil-water separation function to ensure the cleanliness of the air intake of the air reservoir; the volume of the air reservoir is increased to improve the reliability of braking; the braking booster cylinder uses imported seals to effectively solve the problems of air leakage and oil leakage.
 
Frame
 
Extra-large counterweight enhances the stability of the operation. An additional fuel tank guard plate is added to prevent the fuel tank from deforming or being damaged under harsh conditions.
 
The front and rear frames adopt a large hinge design, which disperses the force at the hinge points, reduces the stress on the hinge pins, and increases the service life of the bearings. The hinge area provides more maintenance space, improving the maintainability of the entire machine.
 
The structural components are optimized through finite element analysis to reduce stress concentration and eliminate local weaknesses, ensuring that the machine can withstand various harsh conditions. The lower hinge pin area uses double spherical roller bearings, increasing the load-bearing capacity and improving the driving stability. The front frame is reinforced for rigidity, providing a solid installation base for the boom and cylinder, and absorbing strong torsion, impact force, and loading operation force.
 
Working device and bucket
 
The working device adopts a Z-type reversed six-link structure with a single rocker arm, short pull rod, and horizontal boom cylinder. Through CAE analysis, the hinge point design is optimized, providing excellent operation performance and efficiency.
 
The main hinge points adopt a two-stage dust-proof structure, which can effectively prevent dust and protect the lubricating oil from contamination, providing reliable protection for the hinge pins and bushings.
 
The lubrication method for the pin shaft is from the flange, eliminating the pin shaft lubrication hole, and improving the pin shaft strength.
 
The bucket type is optimized for design, increasing the full bucket rate; the bucket teeth and main blade plate use ultra-strong wear-resistant materials, increasing the service life.
 
Optional snow plow, high discharge, side discharge, clamp, 2.5 - 5.0 m³ different bucket capacity buckets and different working machinery can meet different operation requirements.
 
Maintainability
 
The hood adopts a large side door and flip-up design, with a large opening angle, facilitating the inspection and maintenance of the engine and radiator, making maintenance and upkeep easy and simple.
 
All maintenance points such as oil level checks, oil addition, and grease addition are arranged in easily accessible locations. The air filter element, electrical equipment, etc., can be inspected, replaced, and maintained conveniently.
