Power transmission system

The entire machine has high reliability and fuel economy, low noise, and low emissions. It is specially designed and manufactured for the working conditions of construction machinery.
The design of direct connection between the pump and the engine ensures high power transmission efficiency, and no regular tensioning maintenance with belts is required. The chain wheel box adopts a modular wheel edge design, which is easy to disassemble and assemble and has good maintainability.
Hydraulic system
The core components of the hydraulic system, namely the walking hydraulic pump and the walking motor, are all made by well-known brands. The hydraulic hoses are made of high-strength rubber tubes, ensuring safety and reliability.
The control method of the working hydraulic system combines mechanical operation with multi-functional electronic control. All operations of the entire machine are responsive and accurate.
The filter elements of the hydraulic system have high filtration accuracy, ensuring the cleanliness and reliability of the system; the multi-way valve, the arm and the tipping bucket control by electronic lock design automatically lock the actions when the machine is parked to prevent accidental operation.
Working device and bucket
The front hinge pin of the arm is designed with an internal dust-proof structure, effectively protecting the low-position pin shaft; the upper-mounted crossbeam design effectively protects the tipping bucket oil cylinder.
The lubrication ports at each hinge position of the working device are optimally designed, ensuring excellent maintenance performance of the entire machine.
The working device is lightweight, with a higher lifting arm bearing capacity. The hinge pins of the working device all adopt high-strength pins, extending the service life of the structural components.
The main wear-prone parts of the bucket are made of high-strength wear-resistant plates, ensuring a reliable structure.
Frame
The frame base plate is designed with reinforcement, which is better suited for the operation in ground conditions such as construction waste.
The overall frame layout is reasonable, the structure is reliable, and it reduces the number of formed and irregular welds, strengthening the important load-bearing parts, and has excellent performance in withstanding various complex working conditions' torsion and impact loads.

Cab
The cab is equipped with a fan function to meet the diverse comfort needs of the driver.
Standard features include a 4.3-inch color display. The front upper part of the cab is designed with start and control buttons on the left and right sides.
An equal-section non-standard tube skeleton is used, which conforms to the safety standards of the roll-over protection system (ROPS) and the fall protection system (FOPS), ensuring the safety of the entire machine during operation.
The C-type XCMG family-style exterior design. The cab is designed based on ergonomic principles, with spacious interior space, sufficient foot space, good operation visibility, and all instruments are arranged in easily observable positions. Repairability
The cab can be tilted backward at a large angle, and the rear cover can be fully opened. All main maintenance and servicing parts can be maintained at one location.
