Power transmission system

Hydraulic system

 

The hydraulic hoses are made of high-strength rubber tubes, ensuring safety and reliability.

 

The hydraulic system is equipped with a function of lowering the boom upon engine shutdown, ensuring the safety and reliability of the entire machine during operation.

 

The control method of the working hydraulic system adopts intelligent electro-hydraulic proportional control, with the entire machine's various operations being responsive and accurate.

 

The working hydraulic system has been optimized to achieve a combined action of boom lifting and bucket flipping, ensuring the automatic leveling of the lifting arm and a smooth and efficient operation process.

 

Working device and bucket

 

The positions of each hinge and oil supply ports of the working device have been optimized, ensuring excellent maintenance performance of the entire machine.

 

The working device is designed for lightweight, with a higher lifting arm bearing capacity. The hinge pins of the working device all adopt high-strength pins, extending the service life of the structural components.

 

It has an automatic leveling function for the bucket at any position, simplifying the operation and improving work efficiency; the wear-prone parts of the bucket are made of high-strength wear-resistant plates, with a reliable structure.

 

Frame

 

The entire machine's frame is arranged reasonably, with a reliable structure. It reduces the number of formed and irregular welds, strengthens the important load-bearing parts, and has excellent performance in withstanding torsion and impact loads under various complex working conditions.

 

Cab

 

The combined ROPS (Roll Over Protection Structure) and FOPS (Fall Prevention Operating Surface) cab ensures the safety of the entire machine during operation.

 

The cab can be fully flipped backward, and the rear cover can be fully opened. All major maintenance and servicing parts can be maintained at one location.

 

The cab is designed based on ergonomic principles, with spacious interior space and good operating visibility. All instruments are placed in easily observable positions, and all buttons and switches are within easy reach. Safety handrails can prevent people from accidentally leaving the seat and are equipped with safety measures to ensure the safety of the operators.

 

Repairability

 

The maintenance and servicing points for all major components, such as oil level checks, oil addition, and grease injection, are arranged at easily accessible locations. The inspection and replacement of air filter elements, electrical equipment, and other components can be carried out conveniently.
