Power transmission system
The system adopts large-capacity lithium iron phosphate batteries, which have higher energy density compared to lead-acid batteries and better safety performance compared to lithium cobalt oxide batteries, with longer driving range.
BMS management, optimized charging and discharging, better support for fast charging, and extended battery life. Truly face maintenance, system self-check and remote monitoring.
The battery is designed with convenient replacement features, allowing for easy replacement of the battery. The vehicle is equipped with fast-charging and slow-charging plugs, and a standard on-board charger is provided, which can be selected based on requirements.
The walking system adopts a dual-motor design, with permanent magnet synchronous motors, which are combined with a reducer for power output. The permanent magnet synchronous motor has high power density and torque density, with high efficiency and low energy consumption. The reducer integrates braking design, providing good braking effect.
The hydraulic system
The pump motor uses a permanent magnet synchronous motor, which has strong overload capacity and good reliability.
The control method of the working hydraulic system adopts electronic control, with the entire machine's operations responding sensitively and accurately.
The hydraulic pump uses a silent gear pump, with low noise. The corresponding hydraulic hoses use high-strength rubber tubes, which are safe and reliable.
The adjustable proportional auxiliary flow output can be continuously adjusted and locked at any flow rate. It provides higher machine tool flow output, resulting in higher machine operation efficiency.
The working device and bucket
The main wear-prone parts of the bucket are made of high-strength wear-resistant plates, with a reliable structure.
The front hinge pin of the boom is designed with an internal dust-proof structure, effectively protecting the low-position pin shaft; the upper-mounted crossbeam design effectively protects the tipping cylinder.
The working device is lightweight, with a higher lifting arm bearing capacity, and all hinge pins of the working device are made of high-strength pins, extending the service life of the structural components.
Frame
The entire vehicle frame is well-arranged and has a reliable structure. It reduces the number of formed parts and irregular welds, and strengthens the key load-bearing areas. It exhibits excellent performance in withstanding torsional and impact loads under various complex working conditions.
The chain wheel transmission boxes on both sides are integrated with the vehicle frame, saving space and making the overall structure more reliable.
Cab
A combined ROPS (Roll Over Protection Structure) and FOPS (Fall Prevention Structure) driver's cabin that complies with safety standards, ensuring the safety of the entire machine operation.

Repairability
Integrated driver's cabin design, the driver's cabin and the foot compartment are designed as a single unit, with good sealing performance.
Few maintenance parts, oil level checks, oil addition, and grease addition and other maintenance points are all located in easily accessible positions. Maintenance and replacement of hydraulic oil filters, electrical equipment, etc., can be carried out conveniently.
The driver's cabin can be flipped backward at a large angle, the rear cover can be fully opened, and all main maintenance and maintenance parts can be maintained in one place.
Remote reading of messages, fault diagnosis, remote program upgrade, and real-time monitoring of the vehicle's status are possible.
