Power transmission system

 

It adopts internationally renowned brand engines, featuring powerful performance, low noise, high reliability, and meeting the emission standards of EPAT4F and EUstageV. The entire machine complies with stricter environmental protection requirements.

 

The entire machine has high reliability and fuel economy, low noise, and low emissions. It is a high-quality product specially designed and manufactured for the working conditions of construction machinery and has been verified to be reliable and safe. 

 

The fuel tank is made using injection molding technology, suitable for the compact power compartment layout of mechanical equipment, and is safe and reliable in performance.

 

Hydraulic system

 

The hydraulic system has the function of automatically lowering the boom when the engine is shut off, ensuring the safety and reliability of the entire machine during operation.

 

The control mode of the working hydraulic system adopts the pilot control method, and all operations of the entire machine are responsive and accurate.

 

The core components of the hydraulic system use high-reliability walking hydraulic pumps and walking motors, and the hydraulic hoses use high-strength rubber tubes, which are safe and reliable.

 

Working device and bucket

 

The working device is designed for lightweight, with a higher lifting arm carrying capacity. All hinge pins of the working device are made of high-strength pins, and the service life of the structural components is enhanced.

 

The lubrication ports at each hinge position of the working device are optimally designed, and the maintenance performance of the entire machine is excellent.

 

The main wear-prone parts of the bucket are made of high-strength wear-resistant plates, and the structure is reliable.

 

Frame

 

The frame of the entire machine is arranged reasonably, has a reliable structure, reduces the number of formed and irregular welds, strengthens the important load-bearing parts, and has excellent performance in withstanding torsion and impact loads under various complex working conditions. The chain wheel transmission boxes on both sides are integrated with the frame, saving space and making the overall structure more reliable.

 

Cab

 

The combined ROPS (Roll Over Protection Structure) and FOPS (Fall Prevention Operating Platform) cab ensures the safety of the entire machine during operation.

 

The cab can be flipped backward at a large angle, and the rear cover can be fully opened. All major maintenance and servicing parts can be maintained at one location.

 

The cab is designed based on ergonomic principles, with spacious interior space and good operating visibility. All instruments are arranged in easily observable positions, and all buttons and switches are within easy reach. Safety handrails can prevent people from accidentally leaving the seat and are equipped with safety measures to ensure the safety of the operators during operation.

 

Repairability

 

All major maintenance and servicing parts, such as oil level checks, oil addition, and grease addition, are arranged in easily accessible locations. The inspection and replacement of air filter elements, electrical equipment, etc., can be carried out conveniently.

 

The fuel filler is placed at the rear, making fuel addition convenient and improving the stability of the entire machine.

 

Versatility

 

It can be equipped with various different operating tools such as a four-in-one bucket, angled sweeper, closed sweeper, snow blower, milling cutter, snow pusher, continuous ditching machine, and spiral drill, to meet the operational needs of different working conditions.
