Power transmission system

 

A variety of well-known brand engines are available as options, providing powerful performance with low noise and high reliability. The emissions meet the requirements of relevant regulations, and the entire machine complies with stricter environmental protection standards.

 

The entire machine features high reliability and fuel economy, low noise, and low emissions. It is a high-quality product specially designed and verified for the working conditions of construction machinery.

 

The fuel tank is prepared by injection molding, with good leak-proof performance and convenient maintenance. The transmission uses a welded chain wheel box integrated with the frame, with high structural strength, convenient disassembly and assembly, and no maintenance required.

 

Hydraulic system

 

The hydraulic system has the function of lowering the arm when the engine is off, ensuring the safety and reliability of the entire machine during operation.

 

The core components, the walking hydraulic pump and the walking motor, all use well-known brands. The hydraulic hose uses high-strength rubber tubes, which are safe and reliable.

 

The control mode of the working hydraulic system adopts a combination of pilot hydraulic control and multi-energy electric control, with sensitive and accurate responses for all operations of the entire machine.

 

The hydraulic system has a double filter design to ensure the cleanliness and reliability of the system; the auxiliary flow output is adjustable proportionally and continuously, and can be locked at any flow rate; it has a high flow output, which can meet the operation requirements of more machinery.

 

The working device and bucket

 

The working device is lightweight designed, with a higher lifting arm bearing capacity. The hinge shafts of the working device all use high-strength hinge shafts, extending the service life of the structural components.

 

The lubrication ports at each hinge position of the working device are optimally designed for convenient maintenance of the entire machine.

 

The main wear-prone parts of the bucket are made of high-strength wear-resistant plates, with a reliable structure.

 

The internal hinge pin of the front hinge of the arm has a built-in dust-proof design, effectively protecting the low-position hinge pin.

 

Frame

 

The entire vehicle frame is well-arranged and has a reliable structure. It reduces the number of formed parts and irregular welds, strengthens the key load-bearing areas, and exhibits excellent performance in withstanding torsional and impact loads under various complex working conditions. The chain wheel transmission boxes on both sides are integrated with the frame, saving space and making the overall structure more reliable.

 

Cab

 

The vehicle adopts an equal-section special-shaped tube frame, a ROPS (Roll Over Protection Structure) and FOPS (Fall Prevention Structure) combined driver's cabin that complies with safety standards, ensuring the safety of the entire machine during operation.

 

The mechanical suspended vibration-reducing seats can be adjusted at multiple angles according to human comfort; the air conditioning has a good effect, and the internal air ducts are optimally designed, with balanced flow fields and stable temperature control. It also has functions of defrosting the glass and providing warm air for the feet.

 

The C-type XCMG family-style exterior design. The driver's cabin is designed based on ergonomic principles, with spacious interior space, sufficient foot space, good operation view, and all instruments are arranged at easily observable positions. All buttons and switches are within reach, and the safety handrail can prevent people from accidentally leaving the seat and is equipped with safety measures to ensure the safety of the operators.

 

Maintainability

 

The driver's cabin can be flipped backward at a large angle, and the rear cover can be fully opened. All main maintenance and servicing parts can be maintained at one location.

 

The maintenance and servicing parts, such as oil level checks, oil addition, and grease addition, are all arranged at easily accessible positions. The inspection and replacement of air filters, electrical equipment, etc., can be carried out conveniently.

 

Versatility
